Training Partner FEs are required to complete a 1-hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardware replacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 question test. FE must have a pass rate above 90% in order to be a Qualified Technician. Partner must not send an FE to site that has not completed this training
