Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NexHire platform (including our AI resume tailoring, parsing, communities, and mock interview tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account. You represent that all details uploaded (including names, contact numbers, and employment history) are complete and accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. User Obligations and Rules

You agree to use NexHire responsibly and legally. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Submit misleading, false, or stolen resume data or profile documents.
• Attempt to bypass API protections, scrape job postings or user profiles, or trigger denial-of-service queries.
• Interfere with security configurations, rate limit boundaries, or transaction processing gateways.
• Use the chatbot, community boards, or screening questions to spread abusive, harassing, or malicious text.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Recruiter access requires subscription packages: - Payments are processed through secure gateways. - Subscriptions auto-renew unless paused or canceled prior to the billing cycle. - Custom refunds are subject to evaluation under our billing policies. Simulated payment parameters are prohibited when active credit card gateways are configured.

5. AI Limitations and Outputs

NexHire provides AI-generated content (ATS tailoring suggestions, cover letters, mock interview hints) using generative AI. While we optimize prompts for precision, we do not warrant the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI suggestions. Candidates are encouraged to audit all files prior to submitting them to hiring teams.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our recruitment platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be broadcast on the platform, and continued use of NexHire constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
